This Refund Policy applies only to purchases and bookings made directly through Time II Eternity (“TTE”). Third-party sales are subject to the policies of those vendors, and TTE is not responsible for their terms, conditions, or refund practices. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
REFUND POLICY
All sales and bookings with Time II Eternity (“TTE”) are final unless stated otherwise in writing. Refunds are only issued if TTE cancels a performance or event, in which case a full refund of fees paid directly to TTE will be provided. Deposits for private bookings are non-refundable unless TTE cancels. Purchases made through third-party vendors are subject to their policies. Refunds are not provided for no-shows or missed events. To request a refund, email info@tteband.com with your booking details; approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
